Ron Wells

Ron Wells 84 of Baltimore, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Bickford Rehabilitation center. He was born on March 4, 1942 in Gallion, Ohio to the late Homer and Nora Wells.

He was a retired maintenance man for Premier Auto Glass with 20 years of service. Ron enjoyed fishing, football, NASCAR racing and working on old cars along with small engines. He was very tendered hearted man.

Ron is survived by his wife of 35 years, Fran Wells; son Sean Wells of Baltimore; step-son Rick (Tammie) Magley of Baltimore; grandchildren Brayden and Andrew Wells; step grandchildren Cody, Tyler, Marrissa and Sam; step great grandchildren Tommie, Dane and Olivia; sister Sharon (mike Clum) Benson of Carroll; several nieces, nephews, best friend Jim Shook and his faithful companion Max.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, BALTIMORE, OHIO with Rev. Melode Renzac officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Baltimore, Ohio. Friends may visit Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
