Ruby B. (Fisher) Moxley

Ruby B. Moxley, age 87, passed away at Buckeye Care and Rehab on March 9th, 2021. Ruby was born to the late Rollie and Pauline (Bunch) Fisher on May 17th, 1933. Ruby worked for Anchor Glass as a Glass Selector and also worked as a house maid for many years. Ruby will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Ruby is survived by her sister, Kathy Fisher; a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews including, Michelle “Shelley” Thomas and Haleigh Thomas; grandchildren, Jodi Ragland and Thea Russell and two great grandchildren.

Ruby is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter H Moxley; children, Karen Deborah Ragland and David Byron Moxley; siblings, Thomas Lee Fisher, Rollie Eugene “Jeep” Fisher and Addie “Libby” Fisher
