Ruth Hochreiter

Ruth M. Hochreiter, age 96, of Lancaster, OH passed away on May 4th, 2017 at Crestview Manor.

Ruth was born in Buffalo, NY to the late Charles and Mary Gosdeck.

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Linda (Mike) Foster; son, Richard (Anne) Hochreiter; grandchildren, Brandie (Chuck) Weidner and Christopher Hochreiter; great grandchildren, Brice, Blake, and Brody Wiedner; sister-in-law, Bonnie Gosdeck; many nieces and nephews; friends; and special sister-in-law, Mary Gosdeck.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard G. Hochreiter; brothers, Ronald, Raymond, and Robert Gosdeck; and sister, Mary Jeanne Carlson.

Memorials may be made in Ruth’s memory to Fairfield county Meals on Wheels at 253 Boving Rd, Lancaster, OH 43130.

Caring Cremation has taken place through the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME.
