He was born on July 13, 1999 in Lancaster, Ohio to James R. Thompson and Angela Marie Martin.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Angela M. Bradshaw of Fort Recovery, Ohio; step-father, Mark Collinsworth of Stoutsville, Ohio; father, James R. Thompson ; sister, Emily Bradshaw.
