Tammy K. Underwood

Baltimore - Tammy Kay (Walker) Underwood, 68, passed away peacefully at her home in Baltimore surrounded by family.

Tammy was born in Indianapolis, IN October 14, 1957. She later moved to Groveport, OH and graduated from Groveport Madison High School, class of 1975. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Tammy loved to swim, camp, and take trips to the ocean.

Tammy is survived by her husband Jon Underwood; children Amanda (Ronnie) Jones, Justin Smurr, Dylan Underwood, and Kaylee (Connor) Schoor; grandchildren Aiden Jones, Bryce Jones, Caleb Jones, Camdyn Smurr, and Boone Underwood; mother Norma Walker; sisters Jean (David) Graham and Sandra Atwood; brother Robert Walker; many nieces and nephews; and lots of friends.

She is preceded in death by her father Clyde L. Walker.

Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 2:00 - 4:00PM and 6:00 - 8:00PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home, 207 S. Main St. Baltimore, OH 43105. Caring Cremation® will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd SE, Newark, OH 43055. In honor of the amazing care they provided Tammy.
