Teresa Ann (Azbell) Scott

Teresa Ann Scott, 54, of Lancaster, passed away on December 27, 2020. She was born to Charles and Mary Jane Azbell on August 30, 1966.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Greg Scott; children, Ethan (Elizabeth) Martin, Noah (Carley) Martin, Alex Martin, Misty (David) Allen, and Michael Scott; grandchildren, Joseph, Addison, Braxton, Peyton, Dustin, and Jamie; parents, Charles and Mary Jane Azbell; siblings, Tina (PeeWee) Hines, Chuck (Tracy) Azbell, Jim (Julie) Azbell, and Charlene Swisher; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 2-4 PM and again from 6-8 PM in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, OH, 43130. In accordance with state mandates, COVID protocols including facial coverings and social distancing will be followed. In honor is Teresa’s memory, the family would like to encourage guests to wear anything sunflower themed. A private family service will take place, and will be live streamed on the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Facebook page at 9:00 AM Thursday, December 31, 2020.
