Terry A. Roberts, age 58, passed away at his residence on Thursday evening surrounded by his family and Bible Study group. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and also the Panera Bread Bible Study Group.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years Debra Roberts of Lancaster; children, Dustin T. (Marcee) Roberts, Amy (T.J.) Lacy, and Tiffany (Mike) Eades all of Lancaster; grandchildren, Emilee Roberts, Wesley and Josie Lacy, and Joseph and Kendel Eades; siblings, Darrell (Mary Ann) Roberts, Etta Smith, Art (Debbie) Roberts, Merriel (Richard) Donahue all of Lancaster; mother-in-law, Dorothy Martens; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Helen Roberts; brothers George A., Tom, Jerry, Bob, and Kevin Roberts; and sister, Joyce Roberts.
A service will take place on Tuesday, January 4th, 2010 at 2pm at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Robert McDowell. Burial will follow the service at Forest Rose Cemetery. Family and friends may call from noon until time of service on Tuesday. Memorials can be made in Terrys name to the FairHoPe Hospice 282 Sells Rd. Lancaster, Oh 43130, or to the Relay for Life American Cancer Society 870 Michigan Ave. Columbus, OH 43215.
