Thomas Miller

Thomas W. Miller, age 78 of Pleasantville, passed away on Wednesday, June 15th 2011 at Heartland Fairfield Nursing Home. He retired as a design engineer for Rockwell International and helped do designs for the Apollo program. He is a member of the Active Artists and enjoyed doing various paintings including landscapes.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 48 years, Wanda S. Miller of Pleasantville; sons, Thomas (Eileen) Miller of FL, and Wesley (Becky) Miller of Lancaster; daughters, Kathy (Bill) Boss of Hebron, Lisa (Jeff) McCafferty of Lancaster, Elizabeth Clemons of Lancaster, and Cathy Jackson of Pleasantville; grandchildren, Jeremy, Andy, and Misty Shook, Amber Breckner, Richard and Mathew Clemons, Justin and Carolyn Miller and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his children, carol and James Miller; parents, Pearl and Lela Miller, grandson, Jon Miller, and brothers, Karl and Kenneth; and sisters, Edith and Erma.
A service will take place at the FRANK E SMITH FUNERAL HOME on Saturday at 1PM officiated by Tom McGranor. Caring Cremation will follow the service. Family and friends may visit from 4 until 7 PM on Friday evening at the funeral home.
