Timothy Baker

Timothy Lee Baker, 51, of Baltimore, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2016.

Timothy worked for over 30 years at Kingy’s Pizza Pub. Timothy was a born again Christian
and he drew comfort and strength from his faith.

He is survived by his mother, Marie Sagraves, brother, Jerry (Moriah) Baker; sister, Erica
Conkins; nieces and nephews, Allen Conkins, Alexus Conkins, Ashleigh Stevenson, Christopher
Foltz, and Justin Baker; grandmother, Helen Clevenger; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Donald E. Baker; and grandparents, Donald and
Betty Clum, and Lee Clevenger.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home, 207 S.
Main St, Baltimore, Ohio 43105. Friends may visit from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Monday at the
funeral home.

Donations can be made in memory of Timothy to the funeral home to assist the family with
funeral expenses.
