James Thomas Earl "Tommy" Wolfe, 37, of Mount Perry, passed away on Friday, August, 4, 2017.
Tommy is survived by his parents, Tom and Debbie Wolfe; brother, Terry (Diane) Wolfe; sister, Erica Wolfe; grandmother, Margaret (Jerry) Conkle; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; good friend, Ron Wise; and he will be missed by his dog, Lola.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; aunts; and uncles.
Family and friends may visit from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, August 14, 2017. Caring Cremation has taken place.
Donations may be made in memory of Tommy to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
