Carolyn F. Kish, 78, of Lancaster passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019, at Fairfield Medical Center.
Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Teresa Kish of North Carolina; sons, Randy Kish of North Carolina and Robert (Janet) Kish of Lancaster; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Kish, Jr.; parents, Walter and Hilda (Hamrick) Ervin; and brothers and sisters.
Family and friends may visit from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Thursday at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster. Burial in New Lexington Cemetery.
