Jacqueline Leigh Slye 51 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at her residence. She was born to Jack and the late Constance Crites Slye on December 16, 1969 in Lancaster, Ohio.

She is survived by her father and step-mother, Jack and Cheryl Slye of East Rochester, Ohio; sister, Rebecca Johnson of Kentucky and step-brother, Randy Slye of Florida. Jacqueline was preceded in death by her mother.
