Jessie D. Rogers

Jessie D. Rogers, age 41 of Lancaster died June 23, 2022.  She was born on June 29, 1980 in Lancaster and was a 1998 Graduate of Lancaster High School.  She worked for AEP as a customer service rep.  She greatly enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with her family and friends.  Her favorite pastimes were camping, canoeing, playing cornhole, and ghost hunting, and hiking.  Jessie was a huge cleveland browns fan and was always up for bowling. Her great personality and amazing wit will be greatly remembered by all her friends and family.

She is survived by her daughters, Kiera Marie O’Dell, Kieyla Willet, and Kiersin Willet; parents, Lisa (Shawn) O’Rourke; siblings, Tonya Rogers, Jeremy (Kylen Harmon) O’Rourke, and Ryan O’Rourke; nieces and nephews, Adam (Alaina Berry) Madison, Renner Dawson, Emma and Cole O’Rourke; and special friend, Mike O'Dell.

A funeral service will take place on Friday, July 1st, 2022 at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home at 10:30AM officiated by Chaplain Kermit Welty. Mausoleum entombment will follow at Basil Memorial Cemetery in Baltimore, OH.  Family and friends may call from 4PM until 7PM on Thursday at the funeral home.  Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
