Kenneth E. “Ken” Pierce

Kenneth E. “Ken” Pierce, 70, of Glouster, passed away on August 22, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital - Southeast Ohio. Ken was born on June 14, 1951 to the late Marvin and Dorothy Pierce in Lancaster.

Ken enjoyed music, especially Bluegrass. He like to sing, and the play the banjo and guitar. He also enjoyed fishing and playing the lottery.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth (Angel Martin) Pierce; daughter, Karen (Brandon) Potter; grandchildren, Jessica, Kendra, Shane, Kyler, Dylan (Kayla), and Taylor; many great grandchildren; sister, Barbara (James) Sanders; ex-wife, Flora Pierce; step-children, Melissa (John) Hart and Bill Cramblit; canine companion, Toto; and many other friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry and Bill Pierce; ex-wife, Regina Pierce; and parents.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Gary Keller will take place at 1 PM on Friday, August 27, 2021 in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, OH 43130. Family and friends may visit from 10 AM until the time of the service on Friday.
