Martha May (Poling) Beach

Martha Poling Beach, age 105 of Columbus, formerly of Lancaster, died May 15th, 2023 at her residence.  She was born on Nov. 1, 1917 to the late Parley B. Poling and Carrie May Forsythe Poling in Lancaster.  She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her children, Martha Kay Beach, Ted (Fran) Beach, and Sara Jane Beach; 4 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jackson Beach; son, Thomas Jackson Beach Jr.; daughter, Ellen Beach Clark; granddaughter, Charlene Marie Beach and grandson, Stephen Michael Hacker.

Caring Cremation ™ has taken place through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Inurnment of her cremains will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery at a later date.  Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
