Patricia Anne Sharp

Patricia Anne Sharp, age 77 of Lancaster, went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2020 at the Pickering House.  Anne was born Dec. 16, 1942 in Lancaster to the late John Marion and Emma Lee (Ames) Brown. She retired after 31 years from FMC as an O.B. Nurse in 2000. She married Herman Sharp Sr. on June 8, 1968 and became the mother to three wonderful kids.

She is survived by children, Lee Boyce, Herman “Pete” (Becky) Sharp Jr., Kyle (Sharon) Sharp, Jonathan (Stephanie) Sharp, and Sara (Jonathan) Ferbrache and Herman’s step daughter, Kay (Jerry) Hoskins; grandchildren, Heather (Ronald) Green, Justin Williams, Joshua (Susan) Williams, William (Tasha) Sharp, Matt Sharp, Ruth Anne (Eric) Cieri, Jessica Anne (Mike) Russell, Lily (Scott) Bash, Rachel Anne Ferbrache and Emerson Ferbrache; ten great grandchildren; sister Virginia (Bud) White and brother, Jim Brown; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Herman Leon Sharp Sr.; and Herman’s step-son, Butch Arter.

A funeral service will take place at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home on Monday at 10:30AM with Rev. Karen Martin Kepner officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  Family and friends may call from noon until 3PM at the funeral home on Sunday.  Donations in Anne’s name can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Ohio 2831 Prospect Ave. Cleveland, OH 44115.
