Tammy Rutter, 39 of Rushville, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Perry County Health Center in Somerset, Ohio. She was a Homemaker and had a variety of hobbies and interests.
She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Shawn Rutter; children, Kaitlyn Nutt, David Ryan Nutt, Destiny Rutter and Shawna Rutter; brothers, Hobert Blackburn and Billy Blackburn and several nieces and nephews.
Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Morgan.
A funeral service will be held Friday, June 19, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. Caring Cremation® to follow. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
