Vicky Sue (Lavelle) Neff

Vicky Sue Neff, age 63 of Lancaster, died Nov. 18, 2019 at Fairfield Medical Center.  She was born to the late Joe and Iceleen Taylor Lavelle on Oct, 5th, 1956 in Lancaster.  She worked at Binigers Drive-Thru for 25 years then became a pharmacy tech and worked at Kroger's for 12 years.  She enjoyed gardening, and actually went to school for flower design and could make flower arrangements with the best of them.  She was also an amazing homemaker who couldn't go anywhere without running into someone she knew.  Vicky and her incredible personality and wonderful smile will be greatly missed by all her numerous friends and family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Phil Neff, sister, Lynn (Rick) McGrady; In-laws, Mike (Sandy) Schneider, Brian (Doreen) Neff, and Geoff (Kim) Neff,  nieces and nephews, Heather (Brian) Rice, Nick (Angie) Greiner, and B.J. Blade; ex brother-in-law, Steve Greiner; aunt Jerri Taylor and family; and two four legged friends, Rocky and Peaches.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister Molly Greiner.
